Intertek Systems Certification, an accredited third party registrar, audited the effectiveness of Lake Welding Supply Company's quality management system against these critical requirements. This included documentation, management responsibility, resource management, product realization, measurement analysis and improvement. The conclusion of the audit was the recommendation of renewal of our registration on July 22, 2005 in accordance with Standards ISO9001:2000 and ANSI ASQC Q9001:2000.
